Monitor announced the launch of its inaugural LeadHer Women’s Leadership Summit, an event for women at every level in equipment finance, grounded in what’s next for the industry and guided by the voices of the women already leading it. LeadHer takes place June 2–4, 2026, at the beautiful Sofitel Hotel in Philadelphia. Registration is now open and space is limited!
Under the theme “Redefine the Possible — Unlearning limits. Unlocking leadership,” the summit will convene women at all levels of our industry to tackle critical issues facing equipment finance today, foster collaboration and drive meaningful change now and in the future.
Hosted by Lisa Rafter, Publisher of Monitor, and co-hosted by respected industry leader Lori Frasier, a seasoned strategy and human capital executive with more than 30 years of experience and deep roots in equipment finance leadership, LeadHer is designed to focus on business impact, leading boldly in a new era, and meaningful connection — all with women at the center of the conversation.
“LeadHer was created in direct response to what women in this industry told us they want,” said Rafter. “This isn’t just another networking event; it’s a catalyst for business impact. We are building a space where honest conversations lead to practical tools and connections that extend far beyond the final session.”
