In accordance with the bylaws of the National Equipment Finance Association, Jim Jackson of The Alta Group, the association’s immediate past president and board chairperson, appointed a nominating committee consisting of both regular and services members.
The Nominating Committee for 2023 is:
- Chairperson – Jim Jackson, The Alta Group (Services Member – Service Provider) – board of directors immediate past president
- Adam Peterson, Channel (Services Member – Funding Source) – board of directors president
- Kimberly King – BankFinancial Equipment Finance (Services Member – Funding Source) – board of directors secretary
The nominating committee will be preparing a slate of candidates for positions on the NEFA board of directors and Executive Committee to be voted on virtually in advance of the 2023 NEFA Funding Symposium. Results of the voting will be announced on Oct. 5. The deadline for making submissions is Aug. 10.
The Nominating Committee will make every effort to put forth a slate of candidates generally representative of the NEFA Membership. Email Jackson if interested in nominating someone to be considered.
