Channel has been honored as a Star Tribune Top 200 Workplace, ranking fifth among the midsize Minnesota companies list for the second consecutive year. Channel received the Direction Award, a distinction bestowed upon one company whose team members most positively indicate their belief that the organization is headed in the right direction.

The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces list, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. More than 5,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely based on employee responses.
