NewLane Finance hired Matt O’Hara as director of collections, Brittney McNeal and Jessica Moran as business development account managers, William Weller as a litigation paralegal and Jose Mejia as a credit analyst, according to a LinkedIn post from the company.

O’Hara was previously the director of financial services for Healthcare Services Group and has previous experience with LEAF Financial, DLL and Citi.

McNeal was previously a regional sales manager for Ascentium Capital and also has industry experience from four years working for Marlin Capital Solutions.

Moran spent the last three years with TimePayment, most recently as a regional account manager. Moran also previously served as a sales account manager at QuickSpark Financial.
