Regents Capital, a provider of equipment leasing and financing solutions in the United States, has been named one of Orange County Business Journal’s 2023 Best Places to Work. The independent equipment finance firm ranked sixth in the medium employer category.
The ranking is based on an employer questionnaire that details policies, practices and benefits as well as an employee engagement and satisfaction survey about culture, training, pay and benefits, and other areas.
