Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a financing company that specializes in fixed assets consisting of property, plant and equipment, appointed Mike Basile as business development officer for its East region. In his role, Basile will be responsible for originations in WCF’s direct lease and loan activities in the coastal Mid-Atlantic region. Basile will report to Keith Tornichia, vice president of new business development and East region manager.
Based outside of Philadelphia, Basile joined WCF from TriState Capital Bank, where he was responsible for new business development and market growth in the equipment leasing and financing space for eastern Pennsylvania and surrounding markets. Before joining TriState Capital, Basile was a commercial lease credit officer at a large bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
