North Star Leasing, a division of Peoples Bank, partnered with Tamarack Technology on the implementation of Tamarack’s TrailView Customer Service Portal, which will provide North Star Leasing’s customers with 24/7 access to account information.
“Our customers are small business owners who don’t have the luxury of only working regular office hours,” Rebecca Chandler, senior vice president of operations at North Star Leasing, said. “Because of this, they need 24/7 access to their accounts. TrailView gives our customers access to the information they need in a manner that fits their schedules.”
Through the customer service portal, North Star Leasing customers receive self-service capabilities and real-time visibility into their equipment financing accounts. Users can manage their equipment financing accounts, access critical information, make payments and submit support requests.
