Oakmont Capital Services expanded several departments with the recent onboarding of several professionals in both West Chester, PA, and Albany, MN. OCS also hired Jeff Schubert as a business development officer to oversee its working capital product.
Schubert will concentrate on OCS’ working capital solution for business owners. Schubert has served in various roles within the equipment finance industry throughout his 30-year tenure. He will further develop OCS’ working capital loan segment, bringing vendor and third-party connections to his new role.

In addition to hiring Schubert, OCS hired Austin Borgerding as a credit analyst, Kendra Kalthoff as a customer service specialist, Hailey Oswskey as an operations specialist and Janette Bohan as a collections specialist.
Borgerding will help the credit team keep pace with expanding volume. Borgerding’s prior experience includes working as an insurance agent and a financial analyst.
Kalthoff has more than five years of customer service experience and will specialize in client retention at OCS, assisting current customers with contract questions while striving to provide excellent service experiences.
Oswskey has a background in titling and processing. Oswskey will support the docs team with managing applications while adding to the efficiency of the overall credit process.
Bohan has more than 15 years of experience in credit and collections. At OCS, Bohan will work closely with the collections team, managing inventory as OCS’ transaction volume increases.
