Oakmont Capital Services has promoted Tammy Crozier to senior accountant and added three new employees to its operations team as the company expands its workforce in Pennsylvania and Minnesota.
Crozier, who joined the firm in 2022, was elevated from staff accountant to senior accountant after playing a key role in process improvements and automation within the department.
“Tammy has been part of Oakmont Capital Services’ accounting team for the past three years, and we thank her for her invaluable contributions,” said George Krusen, the company’s chief financial officer. “We are excited for her continued success as she takes on an elevated role.”
The company also announced three new hires:
- Isaiah Gerads, credit analyst (Minnesota), will support the credit department in reviewing and approving customer deals.
- John McCullough, collections specialist (Pennsylvania), brings more than a decade of experience in consumer and commercial finance and will assist in managing late-stage collections.
- Morgan Davis, finance coordinator (Pennsylvania), will work with the funding team to oversee initial document reviews, assemble funding packages, and manage vendor payment validation.
