First American Bank has appointed Alex Pascual as its new Commercial Lending Group Head, adding a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking to its executive team.
Pascual joins the bank from Amerant Bank, where he was senior vice president. There, he focused on business development and managed complex lending solutions for small to mid-sized businesses across multiple industries.
