Bill Stephenson, global CEO of PEAC Solutions, will deliver a keynote address for STRIPES Leadership Program’s upcoming certification ceremony on Feb. 6 in which STRIPES will graduate its fourth cohort of equipment finance leaders.

Stephenson will join a growing list of prominent industry leaders who have delivered keynote addresses for STRIPES, including Steve Grosso, CEO and vice chairman at Auxilior Capital Partners; Miles Herman, president and chief operating officer at LEAF Commercial Capital; and Marc Paulhus, former president of Citizens Asset Finance and Citizens Bank Rhode Island.
In his keynote address, titled “Your Journey Toward Transformative Leadership,” Stephenson will extend his congratulations to the graduating cohort of STRIPES leaders and share some personal insights on what it takes to become a transformative leader in the next generation of the financial services industry. The address will focus on foundational elements for transformative leadership, including:
- Identifying top talent – the important relationship between willingness and ability
- Building and leading effective teams – defining what success will look like and actively coaching for results
- The importance of customer centricity – understanding the difference between “wants” and “needs” to truly deliver value to your customers
- Transformative innovation – how former market leading companies missed their moment, the story of “what” versus “how” and what it means to the future of our industry
STRIPES’ cohort four certification ceremony will take place virtually over Zoom, with attendees to include graduates, managers, mentors, stakeholders, the STRIPES leadership team, Master Talk and workshop leaders, among others. Following Stephenson’s keynote, each graduate will be individually recognized for their outstanding achievements and becoming a certified STRIPES leader.
