Peapack Private, a division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, hired Dawn Kasulke as senior managing director and team leader for its New York City location, while Joanne Gagliardi joined the company’s commercial banking team as a senior managing director.
Kasulke will oversee the building out of the bank’s presence in Manhattan and has 24 years of experience, previously serving as banking group head at Customers Bank in New York City, where she delivered revenue growth, increased market share and maximized profits. Prior to Customers Bank, she served as national business banking sales director and business banking regional director at Santander Bank in New York City, managing 12 teams across the Metro New York, New England and Mid-Atlantic regions, supporting sales and portfolio growth goals. She also previously held similar team management roles as business banking marketing executive manager and vice president and district manager at Capital One; vice president, district manager and vice president, and business banking group manager at US Bank; and vice president of commercial banking at Wells Fargo.
With the bank’s expanded footprint in New York City, Gagliardi will help to grow Peapack Private and its commercial and industrial business into the New York market. She will be responsible for providing banking solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Gagliardi has more than 25 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as senior vice president and senior relationship manager at Capital One Bank, where she was designated as top banker for eight consecutive years, increasing profitability through the generation of new business while expanding the portfolio of complex clients. Prior to that, Gagliardi held the positions of vice president and business development officer at Sterling National Bank and vice president and business relationship manager for private client services at Chase Bank, where she managed commercial customer and prospective business.
