Christopher Demtschenko joined the commercial team of Post Road Equipment Finance, formerly known as Encina Equipment Finance, as a vice president.
Demtschenko will primarily be responsible for new business origination, as well as supporting the origination and relationship management efforts of Post Road’s managing directors. He will report to Brian Daley, senior managing director of Post Road Equipment Finance’s commercial team.
Demtschenko joined Post Road Equipment Finance from Foundry Digital, a blockchain infrastructure services company, where he was responsible for the equipment financing department and other business development activities. Before Foundry Digital, Demtschenko spent five years at First American Equipment Finance, where he originated and managed a portfolio of middle-market businesses that utilized equipment leasing and financing solutions for their growth capital needs.
