Jodi L. Hoskins is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the staff on her team, training and onboarding new staff accountants, streamlining internal processes and forging robust relationships with tentpole clients. As a Partner, Hoskins is also responsible for developing and implementing key strategic decisions that steer the firm’s short- and long-term growth. Both Hoskins’ drive and her leadership style stem from watching others grow and become self-starters in their respective roles, whether through mentorship or advocating for more inclusive leadership opportunities for team members who want to take on greater responsibilities.
