A standout example from the past year was the “Dignity Drive,” an initiative in which the team rallied to support The Dignity Closet. By donating funds, clothing and essential items, employees raised over $1,700, a total that LTi then matched, bringing the final contribution to $3,500. These efforts provided nearly 400 local children with clothing and other necessities during the holiday season, with the LTi team personally handling everything from organizing donations to distribution.

The firm’s impact also extends to those who have served the country. Through a partnership with the Gary Sinise Foundation, employees raised $1,500 via commemorative shirt sales and corporate matching to support veterans and their families.

Whether it is participating in local blood drives to help hospitals maintain life-saving supplies or organizing community supply drives, the LTi team consistently turns business success into tangible community growth.
