Ben Nunnikhoven, product owner for Global Asset Solutions at DLL, helps drive inclusion initiatives across the organization. As a leader on DLL’s D.R.E.A.M. (Driving Respect and Embracing All Members) committee for nearly 10 years, Nunnikhoven has supported the company’s award-winning sponsorships of Capital City Pride and Women Lead Change. Through education and awareness, he works to cultivate an environment that recognizes and values the diversity of all members.

“In the workplace, there isn’t a question of inclusion at all. The discussion is around skills, industry knowledge and professional accomplishments. Everyone comes to the table for the benefit of the company, and no one is left without a chair at that table,” Nunnikhoven says. “I feel everyone has a voice at the table, whether it is in a small group setting or a global town hall.”
