Jim Wall advances inclusivity across the equipment finance sector by broadening representation and building psychological safety. As chair of the ELFA inclusion subcommittee, Wall spearheads industry programming like the Power of People Conference and webinars covering mental health, inclusive coaching and generational workplace trends. At PEAC Solutions, he helped launch the company’s inaugural cohort of employee resource groups, supporting networks for women, LGBTQIA+ team members, remote workers and young professionals.

“Real inclusion is when every person at a company … feels that they can show up and excel being exactly who they are,” Wall says. “Inclusion is both profitable and ethical, and it is the future.”
