Tina Guida drives efficiency across compensation operations at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, where she is helping redesign compensation structures and incentive plans while advancing automation and process improvement. Her work includes the rollout of a new commission management platform designed to streamline administration, improve accuracy and increase transparency while providing leaders with deeper insight into performance trends to support more data-driven decisions.

Guida is especially proud of transforming manual compensation processes into automated workflows. By consolidating data sources, standardizing reporting and automating calculations and communications, she reduced repetitive administrative work and freed the team to focus on higher-value analysis.
