Additionally, housing stability remains a top priority for philanthropic investments, as evidenced by the Housing for Everyone (HFE) grant program. During the 2025 program, TD Charitable Foundation (TDCF), the giving arm of TD Bank, awarded $7.2 million in grants to nonprofits supporting housing affordability and homeowner stability. This year, TDCF will award $10 million to support eviction prevention through early intervention in low-to moderate-income communities, marking the largest investment in the program’s 20-year history.

Beyond financial support, the bank commits to community engagement through volunteerism and community events that foster a sense of belonging. Since 2011, the TD Tree Days program, the bank’s flagship volunteer and urban greening program, has planted more than 22,000 native trees and shrubs with the help of more than 9,000 volunteers, contributing to the long-term health of urban green spaces. Furthermore, TD Bank fosters community connections by sponsoring events like the HBCU Festival presented by TD Bank in 2025, which provided students and families with a college and career fair as well as other engaging experiences, all at no cost.
