Gina Rigsby, Head of Commercial Operations at DLL, will deliver the keynote address at the STRIPES Leadership Program’s upcoming in-person certification ceremony. The event, celebrating the graduation of STRIPES’ sixth cohort of equipment finance leaders, will be held in Philadelphia on April 30.

For nearly two decades, Rigsby has profitably grown B2B and B2C businesses. She has an accomplished background in the financial services sector, as well as start-ups and e-commerce companies. In her current role at DLL, she works closely with the commercial management team to drive the development and execution of the global commercial strategy. As the primary liaison across various domains, Rigsby ensures the proper execution of all day-to-day management tasks and related deliverables. She is a key contributor to the implementation of high-impact, cross-functional projects that propel the organization forward.

In her Keynote address, titled “You’ve Earned Your STRIPES: Navigating Your Leadership Journey” Rigsby will extend her congratulations to the graduating cohort of STRIPES leaders and share personal insights on what it takes to become a transformative leader in the equipment finance industry.
STRIPES Cohort 6 certification ceremony will be held in-person and attended by graduates, their managers, mentors, stakeholders, STRIPES leadership, and curriculum leaders, among others. Following Rigsby’ Keynote, each graduate will be individually recognized for their outstanding achievements and becoming a certified STRIPES leader.
