Star Hill Financial, an independent franchise and equipment finance company, appointed Shayla Jasper as executive account manager, franchise finance. Jasper previously worked at Pacific Premier.

Jasper will be responsible for increasing Star Hill’s nationwide presence in the franchise financing QSR sector. She will work closely with franchise owners, assisting them to secure financing to fit their expansion needs.
