The ceremony featured an inspiring keynote address by Gina Rigsby, Head of Commercial Operations at DLL, titled “You’ve Earned Your STRIPES: Navigating Your Leadership Journey.” Drawing from her own experiences, Rigsby reflected on the challenges and growth that come with leading self, leading others, and driving results. She guided the audience through a series of thought-provoking questions, encouraging them to consider how they could strengthen their leadership in each of these areas. With relatable stories and real-life examples, she offered practical insights into what strong leadership looks like in action. Rigsby concluded by urging the graduates to “focus on your positives with an awareness of your weaknesses” as they continue to grow in their careers.
“STRIPES gave me a mindset shift,” Breitenbach said. “I realized I could be more open about where I needed to adjust. From the very first session to exploring frames and recognizing how I was holding myself and my team back, it helped me open up and identify where those growth avenues were.”

STRIPES next cohort will commence on May 13 with the Transformational Leadership Launch in Philadelphia.
