Transport Enterprise Leasing (TEL) appointed John Barber regional director of business development for fleet leasing in the Southeast. Barber will focus on growing the company’s market share in the region.

Fleet leasing is one of TEL’s strengths and we forge deep relationships with our customers,” Barber said. “But in some areas, we are a fairly well kept secret. I am working with our sales teams to make TEL a household name in our home region, the Southeast, just as other business development directors will be helping the company expand in the Midwest, Texas and Southwest. TEL has expanded sales coverage and support in the Southeast, improving its availability to serve more customers in the region.”
Barber has more than 20 years of experience in transportation, equipment leasing and finance, as well as expertise leading sales teams at three major companies.
