Michael Kaplan joined TriState Capital Bank as relationship manager for equipment finance. In this role, Kaplan will be responsible for new business development and market growth in the equipment leasing and financing space in the Midwest.

Kaplan has nearly 20 years of industry experience in banking, equipment finance and leasing. He joined TriState Capital after working at First Financial Equipment Finance as managing director and head of organizations. Prior to that, he was vice president and relationship manager with PNC Equipment Finance. He began his career with National City Commercial Capital in 2005.
