NationaLease recognized 14 top sales performers at its 2024 Masters Club Awards, held March 7–8 at the Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort in Herradura, Costa Rica.
The annual awards celebrate sales excellence across the truck leasing network. This year’s honorees navigated what company leaders called a particularly difficult sales environment, citing supply chain disruptions and shifting market conditions.
Brian Butterfield of Fox & James NationaLease was recognized for his 15th consecutive Masters Club win. Fred Schmidt of McMahon Truck Leasing earned the honor for the 20th year in a row.
Lacy Teague of Salem NationaLease received the Gene Scoggins Award, given to the top-performing salesperson at a member company. Bob Mangan of TCI Leasing/Rentals was inducted into the NationaLease Hall of Fame.
“In any given year, excelling in sales is no easy feat,” said Joe Gallick, senior vice president of sales at NationaLease. “But 2024 was anything but ordinary.”
