Wingspire Capital has provided a $32.5 million revolving line of credit to Northern Wholesale Supply, a distributor of marine and recreational vehicle aftermarket parts and accessories.
The financing supported the acquisition of Northern Wholesale Supply by Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a private equity firm based in Los Angeles.
Founded in 1984, Northern Wholesale Supply offers more than 30,000 parts and accessories including boat lifts, fishing rod holders, fuel and water pumps, awnings, roof racks, and appliances. The company also markets proprietary products under brand names such as Boat Lift Boss, Extreme Max and Ultra Legs.
