
Wintrust Financial Corporation welcomed Christopher Johanneson to Wintrust Asset Finance as senior vice president, strategic initiatives. Based in Rosemont, Johanneson will report directly to Kirk Phillips, president and CEO of Wintrust Asset Finance.
In this role, Johanneson will lead strategic initiatives focused on technology-driven solutions for clients and advancing digital capabilities across Wintrust Asset Finance.
Johanneson brings nearly a decade of leadership experience in digital transformation, operations, and commercial finance. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief digital officer at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including director of sales and asset management, COO, and EVP & CDO. Earlier in his career, he held positions with US Foods and Navistar.
