XS Financial Inc., a provider of equipment financing solutions for middle-market companies, has expanded its capital markets team with the addition of Michael Steele, Andy Grisamore, and Undrae Mitchell, the company announced Wednesday.
Steele joins as Manager of Capital Markets Originations, while Grisamore and Mitchell have been named Credit Managers. The new hires bring decades of experience from institutions such as Hancock Whitney, Capital One, JP Morgan Chase, Truist, CoBank, BMO, and Huntington Bank.
Steele, who has worked across originations and credit, is expected to help drive new business and enhance XS Financial’s reach in capital markets.
Grisamore and Mitchell will strengthen the firm’s credit operations, allowing it to underwrite a greater volume of transactions and manage increased deal flow more efficiently, according to the company.

The moves are part of the company’s broader strategy to scale operations, improve efficiency, and deepen ties with industry stakeholders.
Founded in 2019, XS Financial specializes in mid-to-large ticket equipment leases in the U.S. and Canada, with backing from Axar Capital Management and Mavik Capital Management.
