Med One Group, a provider of medical equipment rental, leasing and biomedical services, appointed Kim Box to its board of directors. With her, Box brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and board experience.

Box currently serves on the board of directors for McGrath Rentcorp, Applied Science and previously served for nine years on the board of American Riverbank until its acquisition. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, digital transformation, M&A and executive compensation. Box is also an experienced CEO, having most recently led Gatekeeper Innovation, through substantial growth and its eventual acquisition by RxGuardian.

Box holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a minor in computer science from California State University, Chico, and has completed executive programs at both the Wharton School and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She is NACD Directorship Certified and holds a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight. In recognition of her leadership and governance expertise, she was named to the NACD Directorship 100 and is a former chair of the NACD Northern California Board.
