Oakmont Capital Services, in addition to a key promote, added two new specialists to its growing team.
Deb Waldron has been promoted from collections specialist to collections supervisor. Waldron will continue with her previous responsibilities of managing advanced stage repossessions. Her elevated duties include supervising three direct reports and maintaining delinquency rates at or below industry standards.
“Deb has been an integral part of the Collections team since joining OCS in August 2022,” Bill Chandlee, asset manager at Oakmont, said. “Her commitment and professionalism have greatly benefited the team and Oakmont.”
Additionally, two new hires have been added to the team in both collections and operations:
- Lisa Weinmann, collections specialist, brings 30 years of customer service and billing experience. She will play a vital role in maintaining OCS’ low delinquency rate on accounts, while providing thorough and accurate documentation for customer accounts.
- Maria Wait, operations specialist, joins OCS with over 20 years of customer service experience. She will oversee the accurate and timely creation of documents and packages, including eSignature document and notarization packages.
