Tamarack Technology launched DataConsole FloorPlan, a business intelligence workbook built to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency in wholesale finance.
Part of Tamarack’s DataConsole suite, FloorPlan is designed to help companies manage their wholesale capital deployment more strategically by providing visibility into program and dealer performance, invoice aging and conversion metrics. Powered by real-time insights, FloorPlan aims to helps equipment finance teams manage relationships more effectively, optimize capital deployment and drive stronger business outcomes.
“Wholesale financing plays a vital role in supporting dealer networks and driving retail originations,” Tim Appleget, director of SaaS products at Tamarack, said. “As one might imagine, the higher interest rate environment creates higher carrying costs aligned with dealer inventory. Aging and retention rates (the time an asset sits on a lot) are cited as the number one challenge facing dealers today. The elevated visibility from our product enables clients to know where there are weaknesses within programs and take more decisive, proactive actions.”
By aggregating data from lease origination systems, equipment finance accounting platforms, and wholesale finance systems, FloorPlan is designed to provide a fully integrated picture of performance across programs and dealers. Users can monitor dealer credit limits and utilization trends, track item status and inventory aging, analyze invoice aging and usage summaries and evaluate conversion rates from wholesale to retail.
“With 24/7 online access, a mobile-friendly design, and the ability to tailor the experience through co-branding, FloorPlan puts powerful, real-time data directly into the hands of wholesale finance teams,” Appleget said. “It’s not just about viewing dashboards—it’s about gaining tools to analyze portfolios with actionable insights for optimizing dealer relationships and enhancing performance. Quite simply, making smarter daily decisions just become part of a long-term strategy.”
