Our client, a privately owned specialty finance company, is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Workout Specialist to join their  Collections & Servicing team. This role combines portfolio collections management, credit underwriting, and loan restructuring expertise. The successful candidate will manage delinquent accounts, evaluate borrower and collateral risk, and structure creative workout solutions including loan modifications, rewrites, collateral additions, and payment restructures.
