Banleaco Equipment Finance recently hired Sean Wheeler as its new senior business development manager. Wheeler brings to Banleaco more than 20 years of financial services experience, primarily in the commercial banking and equipment finance sectors.
Most recently, Wheeler served as senior business development manager of equipment finance for Bluevine, a fintech company out of New Jersey. At Bluevine, he managed a national sales team responsible for business development in the app-only equipment finance space. Prior to Bluevine, Wheeler served as vice president of business development for MUFG. He also has served as vice president – market sales business development for the commercial equipment finance group at Wells Fargo, where he led a group of loan officers, relationship managers, credit analysts and support staff.

Wheeler earned his master of business administration degree from New York University. He also earned his Certified Lease Finance Professional (CLFP) designation. He has served on multiple non-profit boards, including Girl Scouts of America, Second Harvest Food Bank and the United Way.
