HYPERAMS, in partnership with Perry Equipment, announced the immediate availability and liquidation of a comprehensive collection of utility-scale power generation, industrial water treatment and chemical processing assets from the Blue Brine facility via private treaty sale. The offering represents an opportunity to acquire large-scale, process-ready assets spanning power generation, advanced membrane separation, electrical infrastructure, chemical storage, and plant support equipment.
Assets are available for sale immediately and buyers may contact HYPERAMS to discuss purchasing the assets, whether individually, in combinations, or in their entirety.
“Opportunities to acquire industrial process assets and systems of this scale and sophistication are exceptionally rare,” Phil Sexauer, senior vice president of HYPERAMS, said. “This offering combines utility-scale power generation with advanced membrane-based water treatment and chemical recovery technologies, creating exceptional opportunities for strategic buyers across numerous industries worldwide. Whether acquiring complete process systems or individual asset groups, buyers will benefit from equipment that represents significant replacement value and immediate deployment potential.”
Featured Assets include:
- Power System: A fully integrated utility-scale power generation and electrical distribution package. The 6.5 MW Solar Model 70 natural gas-fired turbine generator runs on Turbotronic controls and pairs with a 31,500 lb./hr. Deltech heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) for combined heat and power capability. Distribution equipment includes an 8.4/10.5 MVA main power transformer plus (2) 2,500 kVA pad-mounted transformers with associated medium-voltage switchgear.
- EDBM Chemical Recovery Systems: (18) 7-cell electrodialysis bipolar membrane stacks using advanced ion-exchange membrane technology. Estimated capacity is 5–10 m³/hr., running 400V 3-phase with PLC automation, integrated process controls, and associated support equipment for continuous industrial operation. (2) dual-tank water filtration and service skids at 30–50 GPM with Europa control panels round out the system.
- Ultrafiltration System: A large-scale ultrafiltration system incorporating Siemens instrumentation and robust pressure vessel assemblies, including (156) unused FRP reverse osmosis membrane pressure vessel housings rated from 300 to 1,200 PSI — supporting municipal, industrial, and advanced purification applications.
- Raw Materials & Consumables: A substantial quantity of new, unused consumables including approximately (400) new-in-box Dupont and Suez reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes and (425) drums of ResinTech ion exchange resin.
Beyond the featured assets, the offering includes the facility’s complete supporting infrastructure, including extensive electrical distribution equipment (MCC’s etc.), more than 80 chemical storage and process tanks, plant support systems, utilities and a substantial inventory of spare parts and process instrumentation. Together, these assets provide buyers with a rare opportunity to acquire major components of a sophisticated industrial water treatment and chemical processing operation.
