AAR, a parts, repair and software platform in the aviation aftermarket, amended its revolving credit facility, increasing total commitments to $1.375 billion, an increase of $550 million from the previous commitment of $825 million, and extending the maturity from December 2027 to October 2031.
The amended facility continues to be unsecured and facilitates the financing of AAR’s previously announced pending acquisition of a controlling interest in MRO Holdings.
“The increased size, additional financial flexibility and extended maturity of our revolving credit facility provide AAR with the means to support our growth strategy,” Dylan Wolin, senior vice president and chief financial officer of AAR, said. “We appreciate the increase in commitments from 100% of our prior bank group, as well as the entry of two high-quality banks, and their collective confidence in AAR.”
Wells Fargo served as left lead arranger and administrative agent.
