In Q3/25, AerCap signed 66 lease agreements, including 14 widebody aircraft, 25 narrowbody aircraft, 15 engines and 12 helicopters. The company also completed 35 purchases for 17 aircraft (including 8 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft and 9 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft for AerCap’s owned aircraft portfolio), 11 engines for AerCap’s owned engine portfolio and 7 helicopters.
AerCap completed 45 sale transactions for 40 aircraft (including 2 Airbus A320 Family aircraft, 10 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft, 1 Airbus A330, 5 Boeing 737NGs, 7 Boeing 777-300ERs and 5 Embraer E190/E195s from AerCap’s owned aircraft portfolio and 10 aircraft from AerCap’s managed aircraft portfolio), 4 engines (including 1 engine from AerCap’s owned engine portfolio and 3 engines from AerCap’s managed engine portfolio) and 1 helicopter.
The company received cash insurance settlement proceeds of approximately €203 million and was awarded approximately $234 million of interest on the June 11, 2025 judgment of the Commercial Court in London, in respect of its assets lost in Russia in 2022. It also repurchased approximately 8.2 million shares, at an average price of $119.95 per share, for a total of approximately $981 million, and declared quarterly cash dividend on ordinary shares of $0.27 per share.
