AerCap made a number of major business transactions during Q3/24:
- Signed 160 lease agreements, including 13 widebody aircraft, 107 narrowbody aircraft, 24 engines and 16 helicopters
- Completed 41 purchases for 27 aircraft (including two Airbus A220 family aircraft, 18 Airbus A320neo family aircraft, four Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, one Boeing 787-9 and two Embraer E195-E2s for AerCap’s owned aircraft portfolio), 13 engines and one helicopter
- Completed 25 sale transactions for 18 aircraft (including five Airbus A320 family aircraft, three Airbus A320neo family aircraft, four Boeing 737NGs, one Boeing 767-300ER, one Boeing 777-300ER and four Embraer E190s from AerCap’s owned aircraft portfolio), three engines from AerCap’s managed engine portfolio and four helicopters
- Signed financing transactions for approximately $10.5 billion, including $2.4 billion of senior unsecured notes
- Repurchased approximately 5.5 million shares, at an average price of $91.03 per share, for a total of approximately $497 million
- Paid quarterly cash dividend on ordinary shares of $0.25 per share
