Alfa, provider of the Alfa Systems platform for asset finance, has relaunched AskThea as Thea Chat, the domain-tuned AI assistant already delivering measurable benefits for customers including Southeast Toyota Finance.
Thea Chat puts Alfa Systems expertise in users’ hands, helping teams answer complex questions, make configuration decisions and solve implementation and integration challenges more quickly. By reducing dependence on specialist support, Thea Chat aims to help organizations achieve a new level of self-sufficiency across implementation and product discovery.
Built around industry- and Alfa Systems-specific terminology, workflows and knowledge, Thea Chat connects users to core system documentation, configuration guides, integration references, API documentation and reporting structures. It is designed to deliver accurate, context-aware guidance, transforming specialist platform knowledge into an on-demand capability.
The latest release also introduces natural-language SQL generation, enabling users to query Alfa Systems’ Operational Data Store (ODS) structures without specialist database knowledge.
Looking ahead, Thea Chat will combine Alfa Systems documentation with customer-specific configuration and process documentation, enabling organizations to access answers grounded not only in Alfa expertise, but in their own ways of working. Thea Chat represents the first of many capabilities arriving under Thea, Alfa’s expanding family of AI solutions.
