Sudhir Amembal, CEO of Amembal & Halladay and an affiliate of Rinaldi Advisory Services, instructed his virtual seminar, Winning With Leasing!, exclusively for members of the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (AACFB). The seminar attracted 33 brokers and funding sources.
The six-hour seminar covered a host of topics, including the powerful benefits that leasing delivers to customers, the accounting and tax impact of leases from a customer’s point of view, deal-clinching responses to commonly encountered objections to lease and a host of approaches on how to add value, outsmart competition and comprehend why only a few outperform.
