Ansley Park Capital, a lending and specialty finance platform, announced new strategic appointments across the origination, asset and portfolio management, finance and contracts functions, as part of the ongoing efforts to support the company’s high-performing culture and bolster its industry leadership.

Craig Goldberg was appointed managing director and treasurer; James Fullerton as vice president, asset management; Krystle Riggi as vice president, contracts administration; Alex Cohen as assistant vice president, originations; Christopher Dunn as assistant vice president, underwriting and portfolio management; and Dani Villoresi as assistant vice president, accounting and finance.

“We are pleased to welcome Craig, James, Krystle, Alex, Christopher and Dani to Ansley Park Capital,” Eric Miller, president and CEO of Ansley Park Capital, said. “Each of them brings exceptional experience, character and a shared commitment to serving our clients with excellence.”

Goldberg, who will oversee the firm’s treasury operations, brings more than two decades of finance leadership experience across treasury, securitization, risk management, financial planning and strategic finance. Prior to joining Ansley Park, he spent over a decade at GE Capital, where he held senior finance and risk leadership roles, managing complex treasury, valuation, funding and capital markets initiatives. Goldberg also held senior finance positions in the telecommunications, technology and financial services industries. He holds an M.B.A. in Financial Management from Pace University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.

Fullerton, who will support the firm’s underwriting, portfolio performance and investment outcomes, is a seasoned equipment finance professional, with more than 15 years of experience in asset management, equipment valuation, portfolio optimization and remarketing strategy. Prior to joining Ansley Park, Fullerton spent his career at DLL Financial Solutions, where he held progressive roles across the asset management domain. Fullerton is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA).

Riggi, who will manage the firm’s contracts management activities, brings more than two decades of experience leading the execution of complex equipment finance and asset-backed transactions across a broad range of industries. She has built a reputation for delivering certainty of execution by partnering across investment, legal, credit, risk, operations and client teams to move transactions from structuring to funding with precision and efficiency. Riggi joined Ansley Park from Blue Owl Capital, where she served as vice president. Previously, she held various roles across contracts and operations at Advantage Funding, Dedicated Funding NY, Sterling National Bank and North Mill Equipment Finance.

Cohen, who will support the firm’s commercial operations and deal origination efforts, brings a background in operations, process improvement and data management. He joined Ansley Park from Jay Franco & Sons, where he focused on optimizing operational processes, front-end data systems and cross-functional execution. He holds a B.B.A. degree from the University at Buffalo.

Dunn, who will be responsible for underwriting transactions and supporting the firm’s capital markets activities, brings a breadth of experience in corporate and asset-based lending, credit underwriting and portfolio management. He joined Ansley Park from Santander Bank’s corporate and ABL underwriting group. Dunn hold a master’s degree in finance and analytics from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.

Prior to joining Ansley Park, she served as accounts receivable specialist at CoAction Specialty Insurance Group, where she managed complex adjustments and discrepancies annually, partnered with the IT team to build automated process, reporting and workflow solutions from the ground up, resulting in operational improvements that strengthened data integrity and team performance.

“As we continue to build one of the industry’s premier equipment finance platforms, we remain disciplined about adding talented professionals who not only strengthen our capabilities but also embrace the culture of integrity, accountability, humility, collaboration and client-first service that defines who we are,” Miller said. “Great companies are built by great people. With these new team additions, we are well positioned to continue delivering innovative financing solutions while supporting our long-term growth strategy.”
