Brian Antonellis, CTP, senior vice president of fleet operations, and Srishti Sinha, CLFP, senior fleet and transaction analyst, both of Fleet Advantage, have been named winners of Food Logistics’ 2026 Rock Stars of the Supply Chain Award. Antonellis was recognized in the Leaders in Excellence category, while Sinha earned distinction as a Rising Star.
Antonellis brings more than two decades of operational, technical and strategic leadership experience to Fleet Advantage, where he oversees the asset performance team and advises large private fleets on procurement strategy, life cycle planning, regulatory preparedness and emerging technologies. Antonellis has played a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate volatile equipment markets, regulatory shifts and alternative fuel adoption.
Over the past several years, Antonellis’ leadership has driven measurable results for Fleet Advantage clients, including significant improvements in fuel efficiency, reductions in off-lease time and hundreds of millions of dollars in cost savings through optimized maintenance and life cycle strategies. His influence extends beyond client operations through extensive industry thought leadership, frequent media contributions and speaking engagements with national organizations focused on transportation, logistics and supply chain resilience.
Sinha, recognized as a Rising Star, has distinguished herself through exceptional analytical expertise, innovative thinking and a growing leadership presence within Fleet Advantage’s transaction management team. In her role as senior fleet and transaction analyst, she delivers advanced fleet studies, lease economics analyses and proprietary modeling that enable corporate fleets to optimize total cost of ownership, improve asset utilization and adopt safer, more efficient technologies.
Over the past year, Sinha has led key initiatives that strengthened Fleet Advantage’s analytical and sales capabilities, including the development of dynamic pricing tools that supported major client wins, enhancements to the company’s life cycle analytic tool and the administration of the ExchangeIT program. Her work has streamlined internal processes, accelerated client decision-making and reinforced Fleet Advantage’s reputation for data-driven fleet solutions. In addition to her technical contributions, Sinha is a strong advocate for mentorship and advancing women in transportation and equipment finance.
“Brian and Srishti exemplify the innovation, discipline and forward-thinking leadership that define Fleet Advantage,” Brian Holland, president and CEO of Fleet Advantage, said. “Brian’s industry-wide influence and strategic vision, combined with Srishti’s analytical excellence and rising leadership, demonstrate the depth of talent within our organization.
