Katerina Jones independently leads the marketing division at Fleet Advantage, an innovator in fleet data analytics, fleet financing solutions and lifecycle cost management. She drives awareness in the equipment finance industry by cultivating strategic campaigns and concepts that ultimately grab the attention of decision-makers in top supply chain organizations.

Jones has achieved many professional accomplishments that have been reflected in Fleet Advantage’s yearly bottom-line lease originations. She was recently promoted to vice president of marketing and business development for her efforts. In this position, she plays a direct role in acquiring new high-profile clients for Fleet Advantage.

Jones is an advocate of the advancement of women within the transportation and equipment finance industries. In addition to being a mentor to other women who are beginning their careers in the industry, she regularly promotes the accomplishments of women from throughout the transportation and equipment finance industries and provides education about the opportunities within the industry. She also provides her knowledge and expertise as a published author, covering many topics in transportation and equipment finance.

“It is time women look at industries like trucking and transportation to advance or restart their careers, especially since these industries and positions look vastly different from just a few short years ago,” Jones says.

Jones is the director of Kids Around the Corner Foundation, Fleet Advantage’s dedicated charity for children’s causes, and she developed and annually spearheads the International Food Distribution Conference Truck Driving Championship Kid’s Writing Contest. In addition, she was a 2021 recipient of the Women in Supply Chain Award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive and was named one of the Women In Trucking Association’s Top Women to Watch in Transportation in 2020.
