Upon joining the instaCOVER team in the fall of 2018, Christina Clarkson immediately established herself as a pivotal member of the organization. By integrating her diverse experience from the mortgage and construction sectors into the equipment finance industry, Clarkson provided a unique perspective utilizing both sales and production knowledge. This has elevated the company’s efficiency in operations while reshaping its approach to client relationships and deal management.
As business development manager at instaCOVER, Clarkson’s roles are extremely multifaceted, as she not only oversees customer service, but also handles projects and drives development initiatives.

Her recent work over the last year in managing the product development of our new Portfolio Protection Program is evidence of her ability.”
Clarkson’s diverse line-up of finance roles equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape. Before joining instaCOVER, Clarkson worked as a loan coordinator, which granted her the responsibility of ensuring that every deal was completed and closed on time. This skill has carried into her current role, along with the skills she gained from her role as a mortgage underwriter for a nationwide bank, in which she developed a keen eye for detail and risk assessment.
Additionally, Clarkson spent time working as an operations manager for a custom woodworking company, where she created operating, billing and scheduling systems from scratch. The entrepreneurial drive and operational insight that she gained here have also influenced her approach at instaCOVER, where she dedicates her time to enhancing internal processes.
Clarkson consistently places emphasis on teamwork, integrity, efficiency and innovation. A cornerstone of Clarkson’s values is the importance of team dynamics and her appreciation for her colleagues.
The environment Clarkson works to nurture is one of collaboration that allows team members to thrive and feel valued. Clarkson’s tasks reflect her commitment to fostering a thriving work environment and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Currently, she is developing a client tracking program to enhance the customer experience. Her forward-thinking approach and active industry involvement, including her role on the Membership Committee for the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, distinguish her as a leader in equipment finance.
