Air Transport Components (ATC Group), a provider of component maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for the global aerospace industry, acquired PAS MRO, a specialized provider of bearing repair services.
This strategic acquisition strengthens ATC Group’s growing portfolio of capabilities and expands its footprint in component repair, further enhancing service offerings to airline, OEM and aftermarket customers worldwide.
“PAS MRO is a natural fit for ATC Group,” Jimmy Newman, CEO of ATC Group, said. “Their technical depth, customer relationships and commitment to quality align perfectly with our platform. This acquisition allows us to broaden our capabilities while continuing to deliver the speed, reliability and service our customers expect.”
Jim Agee, president of PAS MRO, said, “Joining the ATC Group marks an exciting next chapter for PAS MRO. ATC Group has built a strong reputation for operational excellence and customer focus. By combining our expertise and capabilities, we are well positioned to deliver even greater value to our customers while continuing to grow our business.”
This acquisition represents another step in ATC Group’s strategy to build a scaled, diversified MRO platform supported by AE Industrial Partners.
“This acquisition marks another step toward our goal of building a market-leading aviation platform delivering a suite of component and accessory repair services to meet the demands of the global installed aircraft base,” Bryan McElwee, partner at AE Industrial Partners, said. “By joining forces with PAS MRO, ATC has both expanded its offerings and strengthened its presence in Oklahoma to support the company’s continued growth.”
