Aviation Capital Group (ACG), a global full-service aircraft asset manager, welcomed the FAA’s certification of the Boeing 737-10.
ACG is a launch customer for the 737-10, the largest member of the 737 MAX family. With 63 737-10s on order, ACG is scheduled to deliver the first aircraft of the type to WestJet.
“ACG welcomes the FAA’s certification of the Boeing 737-10 aircraft, an important milestone for the program and for our airline customers preparing for the aircraft’s entry into service,” Thomas Baker, president and CEO of ACG, said. “Our early commitment to the 737-10 reflected our confidence in the long-term demand for an aircraft that combines the commonality of the 737 MAX family with greater capacity. We have seen very strong interest in the aircraft and look forward to delivering our first 737-10 to WestJet.”
