First Business Bank welcomed Roger Beil, CLFP to its subsidiary, First Business Specialty Finance, as vice president, equipment finance.
Beil has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, with a focus in equipment finance. Known for his results-driven approach, Roger is dedicated to helping businesses achieve their goals by helping clients to acquire the equipment they need with exceptional equipment financing solutions. Roger’s entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills have been instrumental in his success, allowing him to take a consultative approach with clients and structure complex financial transactions to benefit their businesses.
Roger earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from the University of North Texas. In 2022, he also earned the Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) designation.
