Hilary Bilbrey, bestselling author, leadership consultant, executive coach and keynote speaker, will lead a featured workshop at Monitor’s upcoming LeadHer Women’s Leadership Summit.
Bilbrey will present “The Authenticity Key: Masks Off. Confidence On,” a session designed to help women leaders redefine confidence by reconnecting with who they already are, rather than striving to become someone new.
Through her Authenticity Key framework, Bilbrey will guide participants in examining how inherited expectations, comparison and external perspectives subtly influence decision-making and leadership behavior. The session will focus on helping attendees reclaim their voice, align with their values and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
Bilbrey is the author of The Authenticity Key: Claim Your Words. Set Your Compass. Blaze Your Trail and is widely recognized for her work helping leaders build high-trust, high-performing cultures. She partners with executive teams to strengthen communication, elevate trust and unlock the full potential of their people without sacrificing authenticity. Her work is particularly impactful for women navigating the pressure to prove, perform and conform to traditional leadership models. By helping leaders “unmask” and lead with conviction, Bilbrey equips organizations to foster environments where accountability, collaboration and innovation can thrive without burnout.
Drawing on research in emotional intelligence, positive intelligence and organizational behavior, Bilbrey provides practical tools for navigating difficult conversations, aligning teams around purpose and building cultures rooted in trust and clarity.
Bilbrey currently serves as President-Elect of the National Speakers Association SoCal and Secretary for EF Cares. She works with organizations across the country to move beyond surface-level strategy and build cultures where people feel empowered to contribute, innovate and lead boldly.
