With more than three decades of leadership in the equipment financing industry, Haver brings a combination of operational mastery, growth mindset and service-first leadership.
Throughout her career, Haver has excelled in both independent and bank-owned leasing organizations, mastering every stage of the equipment finance lifecycle, from sales and documentation to funding and client service. Known across the industry as the “Mother Funder,” she has built her reputation on operational excellence, inspiring leadership and an unwavering commitment to delivering value for clients and partners alike.
As COO, Haver will lead day-to-day operations, execute growth strategies, strengthen client relationships and expand Blue Street Capital’s market presence, all while cultivating a culture rooted in service, dependability and results.
