Channel hired Bob Stark as chief syndication officer and Jackie Boos as director of syndication sales.
Before joining Channel, Stark served as the senior managing director of capital markets and corporate development at TCF Equipment Finance, now Huntington Bank, for more than 22 years. During his tenure, he oversaw potential acquisitions and managed buy and sell teams. His background also includes serving as chief credit officer for Firstar Equipment Finance, where he managed a $5 billion portfolio and led a team of credit managers, following time as corporate auditor and senior credit officer at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance.
In his current role as chief syndication officer at Channel, Stark will draw upon his 34 years of experience to manage all syndication activities for Channel. His responsibilities will include fostering a market brand, developing existing relationships, establishing new connections with long-term strategic partners, as well as creating a syndication platform utilizing Channel’s data science team, risk-based pricing and support.
Boos has 21 years of experience gained from roles at TCF Equipment Finance/Huntington Bank. Boos has a background spanning accounting operations, portfolio-customer service, operations-funding, and capital market sales, with a specific focus on syndication buy and sell, portfolios and acquisitions. As part of Channel’s leadership team, Boos will play a role in driving the organization’s strategic initiatives in syndication activities.
