Monitor selected the facilitators who will lead breakout conversations at Converge AI, taking place virtually on Oct. 8, 2026, from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. ET.
Designed for equipment finance professionals who want to move beyond the AI hype and into practical application, Converge AI will bring together leaders from across equipment finance and technology to examine what artificial intelligence means for the industry right now — and how organizations can prepare for what comes next.
Rather than a traditional conference format built around presentations and passive listening, Converge AI is designed around conversation, collaboration and action. Attendees will participate in three 50-minute breakout sessions throughout the day, choosing from nine practitioner-led conversations.
The facilitators include:
- Goutham Balaraman, Chief Technology Officer, Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance
- Scott Nelson, CEO/CTO, Reuleaux Technology, alongside Zachary Kimball, CEO, Hardfin
- Ryan Ragland, VP Enterprise Solutions, Valiant
- Deborah Reuben, CLFP, CEO & Founder, TomorrowZone, alongside Moto Tohda, EMBA, CLFP, Vice President / Information Systems, Tokyo Century (USA) Inc.
- Sohini Roy, Senior Advisor, 3Degrees
- Steven Siler, CTO, North Mill Equipment Finance
- Tawnya Stone, VP, Strategic Technology, GreatAmerica
Together, these leaders bring perspectives spanning equipment finance, enterprise technology, AI strategy, digital transformation and implementation. Their role will not simply be to present their expertise, but to facilitate meaningful discussions that draw on the experiences, questions and ideas of everyone in the room.
Each breakout will use the Converge methodology to move the conversation from ‘TODAY,’ examining where AI is already creating value and friction, to ‘REVOLUTIONARY,’ exploring what may become possible as the technology evolves, and ultimately toward actionable ideas attendees can take back to their organizations.
The structure is intentionally interactive. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions, challenge assumptions, share what they are seeing within their own organizations and learn directly from peers navigating many of the same decisions. No forced agenda. No single-track pacing. Attendees choose the conversations most relevant to their organizations and leave with perspectives and practical takeaways shaped by both facilitators and fellow industry professionals.
The experience will culminate in the Converge AI Playbook, sponsored by Solifi, designed to help participants continue the conversation and translate insights from the event into action within their organizations.
Converge AI will take place virtually on October 8, 2026, from 12:00–5:00 p.m. ET. Registration is $349 per person, with a team rate of $300 per person for teams of five or more.
